    • I acknowledge that volunteering with New Cattitude Inc. involves inherent risks, including but not limited to animal bites, scratches, zoonotic diseases, property damage, and other unforeseen hazards. I voluntarily assume all such risks associated with my participation.

    • I agree to comply with all policies, procedures, rules, and instructions established by New Cattitude Inc., including safety protocols and animal handling guidelines. I understand that failure to follow these policies may result in termination of my volunteer status.

    • I hereby release, waive, discharge, and hold harmless New Cattitude Inc., its directors, officers, employees, agents, and volunteers from any and all liability, claims, demands, losses, or damages arising from my participation as a volunteer, including but not limited to personal injury, illness, death, or property damage.
