    Awesome. We estimate your kittens
are probably around newborn to 2 weeks old.

Newborn to 2-week-old kittens are very young and fully dependent, but this stage is very manageable with the right support.

They mainly need warmth, regular feeding, and a safe, quiet place to rest. No play or litter training yet—just basic, consistent care.

We’ll guide you through everything step by step so you’re not doing it alone. You’ve got this, and we’ve got you.

    Awesome. We estimate your kittens
are probably around 3 to 5 weeks old.

Kittens 3–5 weeks old are becoming more alert, active, and curious. They’re typically transitioning from bottle feeding to soft food and may just be starting to use the litter box.

They still need some hands-on care, but they’re much more independent than newborns and you’ll start to see their personalities come through. We’ll guide you through everything so you feel supported along the way.

    Awesome. We estimate your kittens
are probably around 6 to 8 weeks old.

Kittens 6–8 weeks old are in a really great stage. They’re usually eating solid food, using the litter box on their own, and becoming much more independent.

You’ll see lots of personality and playful energy at this age, and while they still benefit from guidance and socialization, they’re generally much easier to care for. We’re here to support you every step of the way.

    Let's build a safe nesting
    place before we go further.

    1. Enclosure: Get a box, a laundry basket or a cat/dog crate and put a fluffy towel in there to keep them warm.

    2. Safe Place: Put your enclosure in a small bathroom, spare bedroom or even an empty closet.  This is perfect for them.

Move them to their safe space right now, and then let's continue.

Kittens cannot regulate their body temperatures until about 4 weeks of age so a warm, cozy nest is critical to them thriving.

    • Kittens require a nest that is 85 degrees Fahrenheit (29 degrees Celsius).

    • Depending on the safe space that you built, put a towel over the entrance and/or the sides of the enclosure to keep cool drafts from creeping in.

    • If you have a heating pad, put it on the lowest setting and place a towel on top of it.  You can also find heating discs for animals at your local pet store or online.
